Shipping Price Quotations
For orders placed online, shipping costs will be quoted upon checkout based on desired shipping method and weight, and shipping charges will automatically be added to the order. For orders to customers in the following countries, a Wiligear sales representative will contact you to confirm shipping method and rates:

U.S. Domestic shipping
We strive to process and ship all orders the same business day they are received. The cutoff for same day shipping is 4PM EST. Orders processed after the daily cut-off time or on weekends will not ship until the following business day. If an item is not in stock, you should be notified of the product's status within fourty-eight hours.
All U.S. fulfilled orders will ship via UPS from Pico Rivera, California. Note, a signature may be required at delivery. If you don't want to sign for your package, annotate this in the order notes, and we'll mark the package as 'No Signature Required'.
NOTE: We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, interruption of business, or damages related to this agreement. Also note that shipping costs are NOT refundable.

Cancelling Your Order
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service department by telephone, and they will give you further information. Orders already shipped will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges BOTH ways.
